Refunds are available up to 24 hours before delivery and are subject to cancellation fees as we are also charged for cancellations. Be advised we often deliver promptly so it is entirely possible there is no window during which a refund might be available. There are no refunds for delivered products.   Be advised we make our best and good faith effort to deliver high quality firewood.  Orders placed through this website generate order confirmation and delivery confirmation emails. Customers beyond Dane County, Wisconsin are strongly discouraged from ordering through this website. Under no circumstances do we cross state lines to deliver. 

Firewood is delivered directly by Fab Firewood, LLC, and is typically provided at no extra charge.  No third party carrier is used or available. In placing an order through this website, or by any other means, you are granting us permission to deliver to your property with our vehicle(s).  This includes permission to dump wood from our vehicle(s) on to your lawn or driveway approximately as requested.  You agree to indeminify and hold harmless Fab Firewood LLC for any events in the course of delivery on your property. 

This website uses Google Analytics and/or subsequent iterations of that technology. Electronic payment service providers all log electronic transactions as required by law. We do not sell customer information to any third party. We reserve the right to send delivery follow-up and promotional communications in the future, including but not limited to mail, email and other electronic communications until such time that we are requested to stop.
